In a word - SHOCKED! This was possibly the most difficult couple I have ever worked with. They were demanding and uncooperative at every turn. There is no way I or frankly anyone could have pleased them. I pride myself on my work and have hundreds of positive comments and great personal friendships as a result. I guess the old adage "you can't please them all" works here. I am sorry they are not happy but I know I went WAY beyond the call for them every step of the way.
